This is a tapas as well as main course type restaurant, slightly upscale and would be a nice place to take a date. The interior decor incudes a nice mood lighting with candles at each table and a pleasant though modern interior. The restaurant is quiet and intimate but very enjoyable.

The beers were served with proper glassware and at a proper temperature - including in the properly branded glass like I would expect in Europe. The waiter did a nice job pouring the beers and they had an appropriate amount of head.

The waitstaff was well trained and attentive, including both knowledge of beer and wine. I felt well looked after but did not feel like I was being constantly watched or bothered.

The restaurant had a beer list in the wine/drink menu that included about 15 different beers, many of which were European but not many that were overly common - I think the only macro beer I noticed on the menu was Stella Artois. I tried a Bavik Pils and a Hirsch Bavarian-Weissbier. I also noticed that they carried Estrella Gallicia as well as offerings from Natty Green's and Mother Earth from here in NC.

I found the food to be quite enjoyable with tapas style offerings as well as traditional entrees. Everything that our group tried was well enjoyed and we each had a small plate and entree. Food included lobster & crab-tini, duck breast, mixed seafood stew, and weinerschnitzl.

Probably the best upscale style restaurant here in town and definitely the best beer list. It is a little pricey but not outrageous.
